The interface is clean, and the support team was always helpful when I had questions. However, while I received several leads, only one turned into a closed transaction. It’s a solid tool for client engagement, but I expected stronger lead conversion.

BoomTown offers a lot of advanced CRM features, and the software is capable of handling a large pipeline. Unfortunately, I only closed one deal after several months, and I found the platform complicated to learn. The support team was helpful, but the overall return on investment wasn’t enough for my business.
