Nice software!
The software interface could be more intuitive. Struggling with it.
OJO Labs' lead quality
OJO Labs’ lead quality is so so. Followed up like crazy and have only closed 1 deal in 5 months.
Impressive Automation, But Needs a Human Touch
OJO Labs does a great job with AI-driven follow-ups, saving a lot of time on initial lead engagement. It’s especially helpful for staying consistent with outreach. That said, some of the conversations feel a bit robotic and don’t always match the lead’s intent. It’s a strong support tool, but you still need to step in to close deals effectively.
Strong Lead Flow Once You Get the Hang of It
Ylopo can generate solid leads and has powerful retargeting features. After the initial setup, it starts producing noticeable results. However, the onboarding process can feel overwhelming, and it takes time to optimize campaigns properly. Great platform overall, just not plug-and-play.
Budget-Friendly, But Expect Some Inaccuracies
REDX is affordable and gives access to a steady stream of leads, especially expired and FSBO listings. It’s easy to integrate into a calling routine. On the downside, I’ve run into quite a few outdated or incorrect numbers. It works if you’re willing to put in the volume, but quality can be hit or miss.
Useful for Niche Deals, But Needs Better Updates
Foreclosure.com is helpful for finding distressed property opportunities, especially for investors. The interface is straightforward and easy to navigate. However, some listings feel outdated or incomplete, which means extra time verifying details. It’s a helpful resource, just not fully reliable on its own.
Trusted Listings, High Competition
Realtor.com is one of the most reliable platforms for accurate listings, and clients already trust it. The user experience is clean and professional. The downside is the cost of leads and the level of competition—you really need a strong follow-up system to make it worth it. Still, it’s a solid investment if used correctly.
Excellent Client Tool, Limited Flexibility
Homespotter makes home searching easy for clients and keeps communication smooth with built-in messaging. It definitely improves engagement. However, I wish there were more customization options for branding and workflows. It’s great for client experience, but not a full replacement for a CRM.
Powerful System, But Comes at a Cost
BoomTown is an all-in-one platform that really helps organize leads, automate marketing, and scale a real estate business. When used properly, it delivers results. The downside is the high price and the learning curve to fully utilize all features. Best suited for teams that are ready to invest time and money.
