Ylopo offers some of the most advanced marketing tools I’ve ever used. The remarketing features and automation help keep my leads engaged, and the CRM integration is seamless. I’ve closed several deals thanks to their follow-up system, and their support team is always willing to help. However, the platform can get expensive, especially for solo agents or small teams. If you have the budget, it’s an amazing system — but it’s definitely an investment
Excellent CRM, Mixed Lead Results
BoomTown’s CRM is hands-down one of the best in the industry. It’s easy to use, helps me stay on top of every lead, and automates a lot of my follow-up tasks. The training resources and support team are also top-tier. That said, the lead quality has been hit or miss — some are great, while others never respond despite multiple attempts. Overall, BoomTown is a fantastic system for organization and growth, but I’d love to see more consistency in the leads themselves.

The dashboard is clean, and the idea of identifying potential listings before they hit the market is exciting. Unfortunately, many of the leads I received weren’t quite ready to sell or didn’t recall signing up. Their customer support is friendly and tries to help, but I wish the data was more accurate. It’s a solid tool if you’re patient and willing to nurture long-term prospects.

However, the interface feels a bit dated compared to newer platforms, and the mobile access could be improved. Still, it’s a solid choice if you’re consistent with cold calling.

However, the lead quality can be hit or miss—some were excellent, while others were completely unresponsive. Support is responsive and willing to help troubleshoot any issues. Overall, it’s a great tech tool for mobile-first agents.
