HOMESPOTTER is extraordinary. High-quality leads and user-friendly software. After using HomeSpotterRealEstate for a while, I’ve learned to truly enjoy it. I like having the listing agent’s contact information and being able to contact clients directly through HomeSpotterRealEstate. One aspect I particularly enjoyed was the ability to seek up supplements/disclosures on the fly. It saves time and paper by having it in your pocket or on a tablet rather than printing it all out. Why did that go away? This is blocking it from receiving five stars. Even arranging a screening was simple, yet this feature was massive. Please, bring it back!

4 stars for OFFRS. Reliable leads and good service, however the software interface is a little antiquated. I received my first listing with Offrs. Lead Feed is extremely cool. All forms of seller leads at one location. The automated email marketing solution has enabled me to contact qualified leads without spending hours manually researching and preparing emails. It’s incredibly simple to use, and the results have been fantastic! Our first Just Sold campaign was a huge success! Consistent marketing helps to keep your company front of mind for leads, even if they are not quite ready to list.

Excellent leads; completed several agreements. However, customer support may be speedier. Over the last few years, I’ve taken on the task of researching properties for various investors, which has proven to be a lucrative sideline for extra income. Foreclosure.com has been my go-to resource for identifying potential investment opportunities.
