Now, whenever we attempt to contact them for support, the customer service representative simply disconnects the call, and our requests for assistance in obtaining a refund are continually ignored. I strongly advise against using this company’s services.

This incident raises concerns about the initial acquisition and handling of his contact information by RedX.
Had Decent Results
Just wanted to share my results with Ojo. Had to go through quite a few leads to find a couple good ones, but they’re in there. Not sure if I’ll keep using them. Still working with Zillow.

I’ve been relatively impressed with them. The support has been good (especially from Brandon and Rachel). As we all know, buying leads can be hit or miss, especially when you’re not fully paying up front.
We joined on right as they started offering the ISA service included. It’s been nice because we’ve gotten a handful of appointments for call backs every month and have some very solid leads that have turned into transactions.
We joined initially because there was very little risk and honestly didn’t expect much. We have been pleasantly surprised.
