BoomTown has one of the best CRMs I’ve ever used—organized, intuitive, and perfect for long-term nurturing. Their automation tools save so much time, and the training support is outstanding. The leads, however, can be hit or miss. Some are great and ready to move, while others never respond despite multiple follow-ups. The cost is also higher than most systems. But if you value a strong CRM, BoomTown doesn’t disappoint.

I spent a lot on the monthly subscription but only managed to close one small deal. The CRM is powerful but feels overwhelming without consistent support. Overall, it’s too expensive for the return I got.
