Rachel and Brandon went above and beyond to help me. I was really frustrated at first because I was having issues logging into the CRM. I have been screwed over by so many lead companies like realtor.com and zillow I just assumed they were going to be the same. Rachel took the time to make sure I understood things and followed their system. I’m going on month three and I’m already in escrow with a buyer and 2 potential listings, just waiting to button things up with some family stuff.

Localrealestateleads.net has been pretty descent for our brokerage. We’ve tried a handful of the “pay on close”; agencies and most of them are pretty terrible. Definitely a numbers game but thats the case with any lead source.
Didn't expect much, but pleasantly surprised.
I’ve been relatively impressed with them. The support has been good (especially from Brandon and Rachel). As we all know, buying leads can be hit or miss, especially when you’re not fully paying up front.
We joined on right as they started offering the ISA service included. It’s been nice because we’ve gotten a handful of appointments for call backs every month and have some very solid leads that have turned into transactions.
We joined initially because there was very little risk and honestly didn’t expect much. We have been pleasantly surprised.
