Localrealestateleads.net has been pretty descent for our brokerage. We’ve tried a handful of the “pay on close”; agencies and most of them are pretty terrible. Definitely a numbers game but thats the case with any lead source.
Didn't expect much, but pleasantly surprised.
I’ve been relatively impressed with them. The support has been good (especially from Brandon and Rachel). As we all know, buying leads can be hit or miss, especially when you’re not fully paying up front.
We joined on right as they started offering the ISA service included. It’s been nice because we’ve gotten a handful of appointments for call backs every month and have some very solid leads that have turned into transactions.
We joined initially because there was very little risk and honestly didn’t expect much. We have been pleasantly surprised.

I was super skeptical about signing up for ANOTHER lead gen service, but with very little risk up front, I figured it was worth a shot.
Lauren in onboarding was awesome and we clicked instantly. I could tell she knew her stuff and was genuinely interested in helping my business. I’ve actually stayed in touch with her over the past 7 months as we’ve been working with Local Real Estate Leads.
The leads are definitely a numbers game but with these guys handling most of the follow up through automations, I don’t really have to think about it, and just wait to get an appt from them.

I’ve had really good luck with the leads so far. Are they all winners? of course not but that’s not realistic with any leads you get from any source other than maybe referrals but we all know that you can’t easily generate a bunch of referrals. For purchasing leads this company gets it done.
