One suggestion for improvement would be to introduce a feature allowing for temporary suspension of lead reception during specific times, like my weekly church sessions, without the need for manual reactivation later. A further enhancement would involve categorizing ongoing clients distinctly from those who are ready to engage immediately and from those who have ceased interaction, which would streamline the process. In spite of these points, the platform performs well, and I am truly grateful for the quality leads that have come my way.
