The referral system offered by OJO Labs is straightforward, well-structured, and user-friendly. The caliber of leads generated surpasses that of any other source I’ve encountered. The absence of initial or recurring charges is a significant advantage.

Total Scam. I ‘ve tried many lead companies and am really getting sick of them claiming that the leads are “high quality” when they seem like a data dump. Don’t waste your money.

Ojo has been okay. I still say Realtor.com and Zillow are better. I’ve been having success with localrealestateleads.net lately. Will report back with results soon.

Just wanted to share my results with Ojo. Had to go through quite a few leads to find a couple good ones, but they’re in there. Not sure if I’ll keep using them. Still working with Zillow.

The old-school methods of pounding the pavement for leads and relentless cold calling are now a thing of the past. The referral management feature is a breeze to use, boasting both organization and user-centric design. My only qualm is the absence of direct email functionality within the Ojo platform. At present, being without an Outlook integration means manually moving contacts to my Google account to touch base with clients — a step that feels like a hiccup in an otherwise smooth process. An integrated communication tool is high on my wish list for Ojo, to fully perfect the flow of my tasks. It’s vital, however, to stay on top of your game by keeping your device handy and reacting swiftly to handle fresh leads as they come in.
I am truly grateful for the quality leads that have come my way.
