Disappointed with the service. They rarely closed any agreements with their leads. This one does not create artificial boundaries in your search around city limits. I can filter by all of the major homebuying factors and then zoom in and out of the map, revealing any residences that fit on the map and fulfill those parameters. Do not use any other tool or app to find houses to buy.

Solid lead generating, with a decent number of deals. The mobile app is user-friendly. Do not get rid of HomeSpotterRealEstate!! It’s quite easy to navigate and obtain information quickly. I am an agent, and when a customer requests information from the listing during a showing, I can easily retrieve it. One thousand times better than MLS-TOUCH.

Thinking that HomeSpotter would be my go-to mobile app for finding properties, I was excited about its potential.
