After using HomeSpotterRealEstate for a while, I’ve grown to really like its capabilities. Particularly advantageous are the ease of access to listing agent information and the platform’s direct client connectivity. The ability to access additional papers and disclosures while on the go impressed me the most. Being able to access that data easily on a tablet or mobile device rather than needing to print documents is a huge benefit. Its absence is truly felt and is the only reason I’m holding back a perfect rating. The elimination of this crucial tool was a setback, but even setting up property showings was simple. I hope to see its return in future updates.

After a protracted search for the ideal home-hunting tool, I have finally found this software, which is absolutely exceptional. Town borders do not interfere with the smooth search experience made possible by its user-friendly design. I can easily modify my criteria as I work with the map view and go over the available homes. In my experience, no other home-search tool—digital or traditional—has equaled its usefulness and ease of use.

As time goes by, I’ve come to respect the capabilities provided by HomeSpotterRealEstate. The ease of access to real estate agents’ information, as well as the fluid communication skills for reaching clients, stand out to me. The rapid access to supplements/disclosures has been very convenient—having these at your fingertips on a smartphone or tablet is innovative, saving time and minimizing paper use.

Please do not remove HomeSpotterRealEstate!! It’s quite easy to navigate and obtain information quickly. I am an agent, and when a customer requests information from the listing during a showing, I can easily retrieve it. One thousand times better than MLS-TOUCH. Please do not discontinue

Two stars because I find it to be quite effective. As a realtor, I’ve been intermittently utilizing HomeSpotter for a while. It is now my main tool for searching for properties on my phone. I chose to invite just one client because I thought it would be a terrific tool to help them move away from Redfin or Zillow. That was the point at which the event went south. Though they received the invitation, they keep getting the warning “having problems connecting to the server” when they attempt to set it up. Every time they attempted to delete and redownload HomeSpotterRealEstate, it failed. Perhaps it’s perfect for everyone else but me.

I’ve come to really like HomeSpotterRealEstate after using it for a while. I enjoy that clients can get in touch with me directly through HomeSpotterRealEstate and that the listed agent’s contact information is available. The ability to quickly search up supplements and disclosures was one aspect I truly enjoyed. Having it on a tablet or in your pocket instead of printing it all out saves time and paper. How come that disappeared? It isn’t get five stars because of this. It was very simple to schedule a showing, but this feature was really great. Please return it!

I was really hoping that HomeSpotter would become my go-to mobile resource for searching properties, especially considering the functionality it promised. As a real estate agent, I’m always looking for solutions that work better than well-known websites like Redfin and Zillow. While HomeSpotter has always been a part of my toolkit, it suddenly took center stage. Regretfully, as customer onboarding proved to be difficult, my hope dimmed. My customer kept getting an error warning about server connectivity troubles when attempting to set up the HomeSpotterRealEstate app, even after reinstalling it several times. It might work perfectly for others, but my experience hasn’t been great, therefore it only gets two stars from me.
