Tweaking my search criteria and navigating the map function proved to be remarkably intuitive, a standout quality I haven’t encountered in other home search platforms I’ve tried before.

However, the removal of this key feature is perplexing and is the primary reason I cannot give a perfect score. While scheduling showings remains uncomplicated, the loss of this critical functionality is something I strongly hope will be addressed.

The easy access to real estate agents’ information and the smooth communication capabilities for reaching clients are what stand out for me. Particularly, the instant access to supplements/disclosures has been incredibly convenient—having these available at your fingertips on a mobile or tablet is revolutionary, offering significant savings in time and reducing paper use.

My initial enthusiasm was short-lived, however, as I encountered significant hurdles during client onboarding. Repeated error messages about server connectivity issues hindered my clients’ ability to set up their accounts, even after numerous reinstallations of the HomeSpotterRealEstate app. While this app might work seamlessly for some, my own experience has been disappointing, leading me to assign it a two-star rating.

Given the capabilities touted by HomeSpotter, I was eager to make it my primary mobile tool for finding properties. I’;m always on the lookout for resources that outshine well-known ones like Redfin and Zillow, given my career in real estate. HomeSpotter, although used off and on in my daily operations, had recently become my top choice.

I’m able to refine my search based on criteria such as cost, dimensions, the count of bedrooms and bathrooms, among other particular attributes.

Adjusting my search parameters and interacting with the map feature is incredibly straightforward, a feature unmatched by any other house hunting tool I’ve previously used.
